Hi All,

First time posting...I have an old Slocomb mike that belonged to my wife's uncle and haven't seen anything like it on the forum or while doing a web search. Wondering if anyone out there might have some info to share. Also discovered it's missing the spring between the adjustment rings...where could I get another or somehow fab from other pieces?

Thanks, Ken

I can't help with information but that's a cool interesting piece with some family history.

I think the head was purchased alone and then some one made the frame for a special application.
The head itself was made in Providence and Slocomb moved to Glastonbury Ct in the 50's so it was made before that. Probably quite a while before because the font is older style.
