Can anyone identify this floor jack and how to change fluid? It has no markings, is 2 to 3 ton, orange in color.

It's a Older import, lower the handle which should gain access to a plug on the reservoir. The messy way would be to pull the plug and invert the Jack, the clean way would be to remove the hydraulic unit from the frame and pull the tank off, then again if your gonna go that far might as well re-seal it while down (if warranted).

You forgot to mention the 5+' cheater you will need on your pipe wrench and the couple hundred extra pounds on the work bench that the unit is strapped just to prevent it from moving !

I've used impact wrenches to get the tank nut off.
