jack ID and value please???

I came across this jack and the spare parts seen. the guy is asking $40 for it. no handle and the jack will not pump up at all.

I need a good jack and don't mind rebuilding one. I know we have a great resource on this site far parts and knowledge.


so what is this worth in this condition and who made it?

The red one is essentially a 93632, manufactured by Walker. The spare unit (looks to be missing the pump piston assembly) appears to be a 93642. I'd give $40, but definitely tear them down and verify the internal condition, prior to forking over the cash for a seal kit.
