Can anyone ID this jack as the seller states there are no markings or tags on it??

It looks like a Weaver.

Thanks as I think you are right... I need to talk my brother into taking a look at it since he is fairly local.

Confirmed yesterday it was a WA-72 and made a deal with the seller to have my brother pick up it tonight. I had expanded my CL search for an older USA jack a couple months ago to include his zip, knowing I had an easy way to make a local deal and it paid off. So now the wait begins for one of us to make the trip as he is up in Minneapolis... the kicker is he came down on Sat. for a surprise birthday party and had I known he was coming, it would already be here.

The seller confirmed it had a small leak, so I plan to tear into it. I will start another thread once that process begins as I am sure some questions are going to come up.
