Jack oil question

I have an old Hein-Werner 2 ton floor jack I was wanting to fill with Jack oil. Can y'all please tell me where exactly to put it? I have 5 options and I'm not exactly sure which is the right one.

see the 4 screws in a row it is the single screw above them just unscrew it and add oil there
