Figured I'd post this incase it might help someone.

I have been looking for something to replace the saddle of my jack because I got extremely tired of the stupid urethane/rubber piece that sat ON TOP of the metal saddle, I had that kept sliding off my jack sadle and now eventually ripping/tear. It's funny that the saddle on my expensive jack had no rubber inside like my china made craftsman aluminum one... oh well... so I went on the search...

I had this, the top piece that sits on top of the saddle....

Never fit right, probably a good inch in diameter bigger than the actual saddle and it was garbage... Don't waste your money.

Found this on a canadian website.. wasn't sure if they would ship to the USA, but I ordereed anyways... about a week later I get it!
got tired of using a piece of wood under the rear diff to jack up the car or in front..etc.

This is actually a nice piece, thick rubber up top held in by four screws to a thick metal base that has the round part that goes into your jack.

Overall I am very pleased with this and it ***** that I have been searching for one of these for months, but figured I'd share so that way someone isn't searching for one like I was for so long...

I'll post real pics once I get home later today.

I had one of the black square pads on my jack for about a year before the rubber fell apart after very light use. YMMV

I have the Harbor Freight version of the round red saddle pad, and it fit my Craftsman 3 ton jack like a glove. It fits several different saddle sizes with the multiple concentric steps. I can't remember if it has multiple steps on both sides, so the picture may be showing it upside down. Did you try flipping yours over?

Yea if I flipped it it would just compress and probably fall right off.

The thing is garbage. Either my saddle is extremely small or something because it never fit right. I hope this ones doesn't fall apart after a year..lol
