Janitor wh-125 gas unit heater

Can I vent this heater through the wall and up the outside wall above the roof? The out side wall and the roof are metal the inside wall is osb. It's a 125,000 btu hanging heater going in my shop.

Up date on Janitrol heater I got the heater hooked up and works fine.
