Jarvis Pole Barn

Well i have been a follower of this site for a long time. I found it and used it for reference when i had my old barn. I sold that house and bought a new house and started this building back in 2014. Needless to say after a hip replacement and huge job/career change i finally finished this building the way i have had it pictured in my head. The building is a Graber Post and is 42' x 48' x 12' and has 2 windows and 2 man doors and 4 over head doors. I did every bit of this myself beside erecting the building and pouring the concrete.

Holy smokes that is a good looking shed !!

I am looking at finishing out a 42x48 or 48x48 area in a shed I already have so this is about the perfect shed in my mind.

Are you going to be heating it ?? What will you be doing inside ??

Are you going to be heating it ?? What will you be doing inside ??

Building has energy efficient Heat and Air Conditioning. Walls have 6" R19 bats and ceiling has 16"-18" blown insulation in it. I ran 100amp electric from house and gas from house along with cat5 and alarm system.

Nice place. I really love that light shelf you have there for the gas-pump-light collection you have. From what I understand, those are sought after; how did you acquire them? Assuming a couple antique shops?

i like the setup for the hvac....is that an office space in the back or just for storage?

Storage.. There is another garage door and man door back there and has mowers ans tools and so on. It's 28x 15 and the bathroom is in part of it and heat and air is on top of bathroom.
