What's wrong? I've ordered from them several times and have found them to have outstanding customer service. You e-mail customer service and you get in touch with the owner, not some random schmuck who doesn't care about their job.
I ordered a bunch of knipex pliers, they told me they didn't have some of them in stock and it would take a few days, and was I okay with that? So much better than how some places won't tell you diddly and leave you wondering why your order hasn't been touched for a week.
That's about the only "problem" I've ever had with them, and it wasn't even really a problem since I didn't need them right this second and could wait for them to be shipped.
