JCPenney/Penncraft 1/2" electric drill model number?

I got this older Penncraft 1/2" drill along with one of those Craftsman bring-your-own-drill drill presses. It seems to work well, and is equipped with a low and high gear range, along with fast and slow speeds and forward and reverse. It would be nice to know that I could get replacement brushes for it if they were ever needed, but I'm not able to find the model number. The sticker which would have had it appears to be missing a piece.

Anyone have one like it and/or know its model number?

Edit: It may be a WEN model 950.

Thank you,

Pic of the whole drill may help more.

You can buy generic brushes at my Ace Hardware, and file them down to fit, worst case.

JCP didn’t make the drill, they just slapped their name on it. Poke around in vintage power tool company catalogs, and look for the same shape, capabilities , and see if brushes are available, probably not, then go back to the first option.

Here's a pic of the drill. I have the chuck removed because its retaining screw is missing. I'm assuming it's a reverse thread screw, but am not sure which one to get.

Here's the drill in either a 1969 or 1970 JCPenney catalog:

I tried looking it up with the 954-1764 catalog number, but didn't find anything.

Edit: I did a google image search of the pic I took, and google returned a potential match with a WEN model 950.

Thank you,
