Jeep Cherokee rack/exo-skeleton

I am going to build a combined top rack and four point exo-roll cage for my old Jeep Cherokee. I currently build road racing roll cages and am set up to bend 1 3/4" and 1/1/2" tube. Any recommendations on which OD and wall thickness to use. There are no rocks or hills to speak of here in Florida, so it will be used mostly for roof storage and tree brach diversion. I will also use it for a hunting/viewing perch and incorporate a ladder on one of the vertical supports. It would be nice not to have to buy any more bending dies. Any and all ideas are appreciated.

1 1/2" 0.090 wall would probably be plenty if you dont plan on bashing rocks and trees.

i'd mock up a couple pieces and see if the "scale" looks right before buyig & bending a bunch of tubing.
