JEEP Mechanic needed in North Beach MD

We are in desperate need of a Knowledgeable JEEP Mechanic for our 99 XJ having some issues. No one worthy in the area that we have found and have been charged for things that were never needed! Please help - have a clunking sound when the jeep starts.
