Jenny Air compressors. Got a question

Found a what looks to be a very nice Jenny 30 gal horizontal tank air compressor at the scrap yard. Looks like a very well built model that needs to be bolted to the floor. Electric motor. Think I should buy it as is for a price per pound? I have pictures but am not sure how to post them from my phone. Looks like a twin cylinder compressor motor as well

Added some pictures... What do you guys think? Should I pick up or leave it for scrap? Whats a good price to pay for this thing as is?

Who knows, it may be there due to holes in the tank or maybe it's locked up or a dead motor or any combo of the three. I'd offer $40 at the most if your a gambling man.
