Hi Guys:

I bought these a few years ago from a seller on ebay for ~$125

Any guesses as to the actual manufacturer?

Thanks

Dave

The split beam would be a Precision Instruments manufactured tool.

The dial type most likely is also a Precision Instruments. Difficult to tell. Almost certainly not Consoldated as that is a Snap On company, and some of the detail features do not match a Sturdevant-Richmont, nor a Sekonk.

Nothing wrong with the tools themselves whatsoever, but that is a funny marketing strategy, a Jessie James signature edition torque wrench.

That is like having dental instruments with Mike Tyson's signature engraved on them.

The Reggie Jackson torque wrench always reads 44 foot pounds.

The Jessie Jackson torque wrench is electronic.

if you don't reach the set torque value, it says in an electronic voice: "They is gonna be reparations and repercussions!!"

Funny I got to shake Jesse Jackson's hand when I was in High School. When I saw the thread title I was trying to put it together and it didn't make sense... lol
