No I didn't cut my finger off, but... six months ago I was moving my jet 1018w bandsaw with a forklift when the cord fell down and went under the tires which of course ripped the cord right out of the saw. Awesome. Ive needed it many a time since but used other cutting methods until I got a new cord and spent the time to rewire it. Well I got the cord but Ive been looking high and low and cant for the life of me figure out where the cord goes! I see nowhere in the motor it might go.. I do see a hole in the frame for a cord and it looks like there could have been a relief strain there at one time which if so it would run to a contact box of sorts that has several open ports if you will but it doesn't look like any wires got ripped out of them. Maybe they did, but they sure look good. So.... does anybody out there have a 1018w they could look at and give me a clue as to how it is wired up? It funny Ive had it for so long and now cant recall how the power cord hooked up to it. I feel kind of dumb even asking but oh well. :headscrat Oh and thanks in advance. PS I have looked on ebay, advertisements, and youtube at the saw but still in all those pictures cannot determine where the power cord actually goes... Its over by the motor but that is also by the holes in the frame where some of the other cords go. Sheesh

I was wondering if it wired to the R and S and I did look at that schematic but you guys are a lot brighter than me because I still cant tell by looking at those drawings that the cord goes to that panel first then to the motor. Thanks for the help guys I appreciate it.
