Hi all! I inherited my grandpas JET 14M drill press. It’s a custom unit that utilizes a lawn mower transmission to drive it. So - I’ve got speed change by the pulleys and also 3 speeds in the transmission, PLUS reverse! My grandpa was a very handy guy. Heavy equipment mechanic, machinist, etc.
The spindle has a fair amount of wear.
