Both will have their hands full with .090 3003, but would work fine on 20-22 ga. steel. I recently fabbed a fuel cell from .090 at my previous job using both tools in question. The brake will not stay true for long with continuous .090 work. (aka its not very rigid)

I'd consider a used box and pan brake from Chicago/Dries & Krump if you can find one in your budget. The shear will suit your needs, but again, a lightly used Pexto can be had for $14-1800.

Thanks...I've been looking for used equipment in a few hundred mile radius. Good stuff just doesn't seem to come up that often or is missing fingers/parts.

I have the Floor model of the break and it will be just fine for .090 AL if you anneal it first. i have cleanly bent 44" of .120 60xx AL with minimal bow/crown.
