Hello all, considering grabbing a Jet 3 in 1 brake/shear/roller. I know as a general rule mixing machine capabilities just leaves all functions less than great. Only doing minor panel replacement for body work. Question for anyone that has one. Rated at 20ga. I assume if only working with a smaller part, say 12" vs the 40" bed that you can work on heavier material? Id like to form/roll 16 or 18 ga in a small width and just curious if this has worked for others? Thanks, 1

I have one of those and you are correct on the gauge and capacity. I can bend smaller length pieces in 18 and 20 gauge and shear close to the maximum length in 22/24 fairly easily. The slip rolls are very handy as well. I have mine mounted to a sturdy wheeled work table with retractable feet that I lower when in use. Alignment of the shearing blade and the fixed blade is key to good performance
