Jh Williams socket sets

What's better jh Williams socket sets in plastic blow mould case or metal case and what's the difference. I've got a feeling the plastic case are made in Taiwan and metal case one in America. As there is a dramatic price difference.

Both metal and blow molded cases are used for the Taiwanese made sets, so don't go by that.

Look at the actual part numbers instead. USA made uses part numbers that start with letters, while the Taiwanese made are strictly numbers.
