Hi Guys,

Been lurking around here for a bit, gathering some inspiration from many of your builds.

We moved into our new place in October, and the garage has so far been a storage area. First thing I started with was to build some work benches. I wanted to still be able to park the Jeep inside if needed, so I wanted something that could swing away.

I got some shelving put up, but life happens, and the garage has sort of become a new dumping ground.

So now for the plan. I've been playing around on google sketch up and decided I'd go forward with the RaceDeck flooring and did the floor design online.

Here is the plan going forward

Things that I need to do to make this work
- Empty everything out of the garage - no small task
- Move central vac collector to adjacent wall in order to move freezer
- Order RaceDeck Flooring - ORDERED THIS MORNING!
- Order Black Cabinets - ORDERED THIS MORNING!

Just to make sure all this would work for my eventual plans, I added a bit.

And lastly, until I find a home for the trailer, I thought I better plan for it to be in the garage as well.

Finished but ran out of daylight and had to put everything back in the garage off the driveway. The mess that I had to look forward to on Sunday.

And finally, more organized.

Wow that space is cluttered! Haha I totally understand. I love the race deck color. Care to say how much that ran?

Cabinets arrive today for the back left. The right side is destined for a low shelving from front to back.

That should hopefully clean up some of the clutter but there is so much stuff to pack away still

Fort Mac money coming through. If you contact racedeck they'll get you a great deal.

How'd you make the racedeck flooring on sketch up? Looks like a great plan!

I've got to make some more measurements tonight!!

I did go all out and made them flow through on sketch up but holy laggy. Instead I just made a 12x12 grid and painted in the colour I wanted. Worked quite well
