John Bean FMC 4100 wheel balancer

I picked up a working 4100 balancer from our local Chevy dealer for a couple hundred bucks today. It is the same model I had in my school shop back when I was teaching so I know what it can and can't do.

When I bought the one I had at school, the dealership gave me a front and back quick reference guide to the different weight location modes. I mounted it on the hood for safe keeping. Does anyone here happen to have one of these or know where I might find the image for it? I'd like to have one that I can put on this balancer as well. I did find the op manual online but that quick reference was sure handy.
