John Bean / Snap-On Balancer help

Hey guys I've got a John Bean BFH1000 wheel balancer system in my garage. It works fine for manual use but the automatic measuring doesn't work. It displays error code E405 on startup which has something to do with the rear camera but I don't have a service manual and I cannot get any help from the local snap on rep unless i spend the $200/hr they want to come look at it. I'd rather just buy a hunter at that point. LOL Anybody here know anything about these or know a snap-on rep that'd sell me a service manual?

I don't have an answer but when I first saw the title, I thought "What the hell does Jim Beam have to do with a wheel balancer". Funny what the mind sees sometimes compared to what is actually there.

Well when this thing acts up Jim Beam has alot more to do with it then you'd care to believe. LOL
