John Deere Ultimate Organizer...

Have you guys seen this thing?

I went to the great indoors yesterday to pick out some lighting fixtures for the house. I noticed they had a new section, an orginazation area. It was mostly closet organization stuff, however they did have some great Garage organization stuff. Most of the stuff I had seen before but one product really caught my eye. It was this 3 arm tool organizer made by John Deere. Man this thing rocks! I was prepared to pick one up for $135 but they were sold out with more coming in next week. So I left my number to call when they came in. I went onto the JD website and found the orgainzer for $99. So I picked one up I will let you know what I think once I get it. You can see the product and a promotional video below. The quality was really good too.

Hm, from the small pictures it almost looks like you'd have to pull the rake all the way out through the top... I assume that isn't actually the case, is it?

That does look like a good idea. But I'm curious how those tools release, just like ....dave.

Watch the video, Interesting idea. In practical application I can't see using it though. I would end up just leaning the rake against the wall instead of putting it away like I should.

Hey Tim... It is coming along a laundry list of projects planned for this summer. I think we have our contractor selected and hope to start applying for permits soon. We have to get a variance to do the Garage addition. The plan is to get the project completed mid summer. BTW Your car looks fantastic! I love the recent mods very sharp. We should hook up soon.

I think the JD organizer is very funtional the pegs have fastners that unlatch to remove tools. I ordered two they will definatley get used much better then taking up two large walls to hang tools as I am doing now.
