Joined for motivation

Been reading here a long time. After I got estimates on the land disturbance permits, I had to come here to offset the anger and build some motivation from many of your builds.

Planning on building a 40x60 shop next spring. Lots of old stumps to remove.

Thanks man! Yeah it is pretty big, but I do not want to regret making something too small. Getting permits around here is a really difficult and expensive process. I would rather do it one time than again in the future. I went back fourth on the size for a long time.

I will when everything is finalized . I am still waiting on building plans from the contractor. For now the county is at least letting me remove stumps and cut down trees without a permit. That is what I will be doing all winter.
