Hello everyone. I've been lurking for a while now. Finally going to get the shop I've always wanted. The wife and I had been in the new house market for a while, but just couldn't find exactly what we were looking for. So, decided to just purchase the new house and have a dettached garage added into the purchase price. We are on .60 of an acre. I am having the shop placed at the rear of the property. Specs are going to be: 28'x28', one man door, one large garage door with opener. Finished out with sheetrocked walls/ceiling interior, 1/3 brick on the bottom with siding on the rest of the exterior. Composite shingle roofing. Concrete drive will be extended to shop. The slab was poured yesterday. Today is framing day! Should be completely done in a week or so...! I will try to post pics of progress as it happens.
