Hi,

Jon here from Utah, just starting to build out an unfinished garage space. Very excited about this project but I'm brand new to all this stuff. I've removed some built in shelving to expose all the studs and prepare for insulation when I came across an issue with a couple studs on one wall.

The studs have lifted off the plate/sill by about a quarter of an inch. How bad is this and what are my options? My first thought was to put in some corner brackets and have the screws "pull" the studs back down. Photo attached. Any thoughts?

Cheers
