I picked up the December sale ad at Fastenal and they have a couple of decent deals.
Jonnesway 7 piece combination ratchet wrench set # 0253353 for $27.67. I don't think they have the switch to reverse, but I can't really tell for sure by the picture.
Rock River (Fastenal's house brand) 13 piece spade bit set #0239016 for $7.27. I bought a set of these bits last year. They're not the best, but they get the job done. Definitely worth the $7 if you ask me.
