I bought my house last spring and after banging out a few other projects I'm ready to start work on the garage.
The house is a tri-split level built in the mid-90's and one of my main criteria was a 3-car garage. We're really happy with the house and location so far, but the garage isn't quite to my liking and I aim to fix it.

Initial Plans
- Better lighting (there's just 3 CFL bulbs in the whole thing)
- Storage (Still planning)
- Door openers (current ones are original to house, loud, chain-drive units)
- Extend the third bay (more info under "Big Picture Plans")

What I'd ultimately like to do is punch through the 3rd bay wall and convert what is currently a storage room into more garage. In addition, I plan to extend the back patio to the edge of the house and continue it into a walkway that wraps around and meets the driveway out front.
