Planning a 42X36 garage with partial basement. Will have 2-10X10 doors and a man door. Fully insulated and HVAC with 200 amp service.
Will be used to work on and storage of some Military Vehicles I own. The basement will include a walk out 7X8 roll up door to a 12X16 room for storage of lawn equipment. The balance of space, 30X16 will be a walk in vault to house my firearms and ammunition.
