There's a fair bit of artifacting... JPEG isn't the greatest for things like this with lines and text and a limited color palette. GIF or PNG would likely give you much better image quality.

Also, you forgot to include the fifth hub option, "what the customer actually wanted". But maybe your telepathy is a little fuzzy today...
