I ordered a rebuilt power tool from CPO, paid with Paypal. Tool arrived and it was the wrong model, the right one would have never fit in the box. I called them and expected to hear that they would send me another and a return shipping invoice, no big deal...I was mistaken. They said that since I paid with Paypal I can only get a refund to Paypal when they get the tool back. They just send a label and I have to take it to UPS, a label I had to print and I don't have a printer, wife had to do it at work. To get the right tool I ordered I had to buy another one, no exchanges. I needed the tool for a job so I went ahead and ordered another, not using Paypal BTW, was not happy having to shell out more money. I finally got the correct tool and just my luck, I plugged it in and it was DOA. I thought "Here we go again!" do I have to buy a third tool or just get a another refund and try somewhere else?
I tested the original tool and it was fine, so I switched them and sent it back and got my refund through Paypal. I feel a little bad that another guy may get a DOA tool someday but blood is thicker than water.
I won't deal with them again, never heard of a return policy that puts all the work and cost on the buyer, wasn't my fault they screwed up, plus they acted like they were doing me a favor the whole time. Maybe I lead a sheltered life and that's the way it is these days, but I don't think so.

I got a Metabo angle drill CPO and had a great experience. Tool looked and operated like new...
