Junkie's Garage in the Making

Well my fiance and I recently purchased our first home and we're both very excited. Of course we are excited for different reasons, she can't wait to see how things look all done in the house, me....I'm just excited to make the garage mine. The garage as it stands has some garbage *** benches and shelves and old wood paneling. Needless to say that's all going so I can do a nice clean paint job and bring some life to the garage. Here's just a couple pics of the house and the garage when we bought it. More to come as I work things out.

***I'm a big car guy, so this garage is being build with that in mind***

Thanks guys, I haven't got to much done, been really focused on getting the house livable, the garage is a secondary thing. Right now the garage is a mess filled with random things that haven't found their place in the house yet. Hopefully soon I'll be able to make some progression.

I've been hard at work on the house. In between general home maintenance and doing her little projects I've been finding nights here and there to work on my garage. Her father and I spent one night and gutted everything out of the garage and stripped it down to bare sheetrock. As you can see it looks much different and much bigger without all that garbage on the walls, since I took these pictures we've taped and fixed the drywall as needed. More updates coming in the next few days.

Been a while since I updated this but I managed to get a lot done on the garage. I got a good base coat down before I did a final paint







Not long after getting it primed I got it painted. Since doing this I've hung some posters, I'll try to update it when I get a chance.
