LOL. Happens to me too. Every time I want to try and give the fellow a break and watch the video but he just starts talking and it ruins it. It's like a bad date, lol...

I'm a fan. His gibberish is just to add some fun and an attempt to keep focus on what's important. You'll notice that the gibberish is mostly used when he's over-simplifying something. His way of fending off the internet trolls who want to call him out on every little detail - say it in gibberish and it's clear to everyone listening that he's not trying to be accurate, he's trying to get the point across quickly in a way people will understand.
An example:
When a detailed explanation isn't required he'll say something like: "The electrical pixies all line up and make it chooch." Instead of saying "Electrons flow through the brushes into the stater winding, causing a magnetic field to be generated which apposes the magnetic field caused by the permanent magnets resulting in angular torque..."
If he went into a totally accurate description of how it worked, his videos would be hours long and nobody would watch them. Also - his channel would be flooded by people wanting to nit-pick the explanation anyway because he omitted/oversimplified some minor aspect in order to avoid a 3hr video.
His use of gibberish is basically his way of making it clear that the topic is being oversimplified. I personally think it's a great approach.

It's a trash approach to explaining things. I see this dedicated fans in the comments parroting the same gibberish all over his videos, other youtube videos and even on forums. His "simplified" explanations are often more confusing than the actual topic is. He's explained topics I know very well, and left me scratching my head in confusion at what in the world he was trying to explain. Understanding something wrong, is worse than not understanding something at all IMO.
Someone who really understands something can make a quick, and simplified explanation of almost any topic. People who don't really understand something are horrific at explaining that something.
I see this with AvE all the time. He's really good when he explains hydraulic and mechanical systems - as he clearly knows those extremely well. But his explanations of things involving electricity, chemistry, metallurgy, etc... are freaking disasters rife with just blatantly wrong information. But he spews that garbage with such confidence that his fans just drink it all up.

I totally get it, but at some point it just triggers me for some silly reason and my ability to focus on his context goes out the window, usually about 30 seconds into it, lol... I've tried to go back and watch them for the substance and it's usually just a little further than I made it last time and then its
how or what would you do better? I’ve tried put simple videos together, as I know being a tradesman and working with tradesmen, demonstration works best! I personally will not discredit anybody from putting their best foot forward... I have found learning and education is something most people reach out to the Internet for. Some HERE are patient with repetitive questioning... and some HERE are not... WITH did you check the archives! Why are you wasting our time? I find most posters leave forums after being chastised JUST ONCE... I don’t think it makes for good forum repertoire. If AVE is a **** show YouTube, where is all good content??? Is there anyone “here” posting good content via YouTube???? Just toot your own horn and put your YouTube station here.

If you want real electronics knowledge, go watch channels like EEV-Blog, MikesElecticStuff, BigClive, and others.
If you want real knowledge on machining and manufacturing check out channels like Abom79, Keith Rucker, ThisOldTony, Keith Fenner and others
Want to learn a ton about metrology (and machining)? Watch channels like OxTool.
Look, I like AvE well enough and find his channel entertaining - but his channel is really not as educational as it seems. He knows a little bit about a lot of stuff, but there are only a few topics he seems really well versed in (hydraulics and mechanics). But he comes off as very confident when talking about something he knows little about. He can spew complete nonsense at times that sounds like he knows exactly what he's talking about.

I would pretty much agree with you, except for Keath Rucker. I would love to stand in front of any machine with him.
Different strokes. I really enjoy his quirky approach. He knows more than I do about a lot of things so I will take him at his word. I have an electronics background and I have no problem with his comments in that area. If you are not a fan, by all means don't watch him. There are plenty if others that are far more useles, like the ones that spend 5 min. discussing opening the package or those that pronounce a product great with no testing or justification so the can collect their commission or more free stuff. So many are so blatantly ignorant that that they make this fellow look like a genius. I respect everybody's right to their own preference in reviewers but I am a fan.

I like AvE for the projects that he works on and the ideas he brings. My 3 year old daughter LOVES when his chickadee comes into the shop with him. For the pure knowledge of machining I really enjoy This Old Tony and mrpete222 (tubalcain)
