I would have posted a photo, but they two I took don't do justice to em, so here's stock photo instead. The "Teeny Turner" is as its known apparently.

But take my word, this is one VERY nicely made tool... The handle is made in Canada, the bits are Taiwan (not to be confused with China :wtf: ) and look quite impressive.. The bits are very nicely machined and look like they're made of a quality tool steel. Oddly, they're not a normal sized 1/4" type hex, but from what I can tell with measuring them, they're 1/2 Centimeter sized. They are magnetically mounted into the mini-handle and the fit and finish is overall quite nice.

my local Sears had them marked at $3.99 ea, and I bought 3... Thank God too, cause it turns out they were miss marked and should have been $4.99, which is still a lot lower than the Amazon price and worth at least 2 times as much.

As some who know me on here will tell you; I'm quite the tool snob and pride myself on it... :bounce: well, these more than make the cut for me. I got two for me and one as a gift.

5-stars

I have a driver that is standard sized and they make the little one too. It is made in Canada and dark smoke to black in colour. I can't remember the name but will look this weekend to locate it. The bits are excellent quality, have not broken bits for the 8+ years of usage. Driver is the normal 1/4" hex, so all my bits work. Anybody know the name?

Thanks, JASTECH

Got mine at Fry's Electronics...think they were $4.99 regular priced. They also carry different sizes and have many bits/options.

Thanks for noting that they are not standard 1/4". I would prefer that they are so that they can be cross-mixed but, I suppose the odd size will help me keep my bits with my tool!!

I do like using 1/4" drivers as nut drivers though so this is a draw back for sure for my thoughts. But, glad to hear that in general these are great. I'll probably try and pick one or 2 up on my next outing!

I know where to get ones 100% made in Canada.

IF you have a link, I'd love to see those... Frankly, the Taiwanese make a great tool, especially their machining, and they source steel from Japan usually so I don't mind these being 1/2 Canadian.

I've just placed an order for their Mariner full sized version... can't wait to see it. :bounce:

Neat. Hope they actually hold up in use as well as looks...

Tough as nails!!! I use the teeny turner for the float bowl screws on the back of my S&S Super E carb. Might qualify as the best $5 ever spent on a tool. Awesome for taking apart laptops and other small electronics too.

The bits are quality

Just got the full sized one and it's no slacker either. Gives my PB swiss a big run for the money!
