Just dropping by to say hello, love this site and plan on doing a lot more to my cave once it gets warmer. We are renting our home now, we just moved in a few months ago, and the owner of the house is doing a lease to own option he is taking the rent off of the sale of the house. Best part is, he told us we can do what we want to the house to make us feel at home.....boy is he going to be sorry

I would recomend getting the land contract in writing as soon as possible.

I dont plan on doing much to it until spring/summer, when we renew our contract and its warmer i am going to go thru all of the wiring and install better lighting, new walls, celing, and get that stupid closet out of the way
