Just a young kid here trying to organize

I just moved into a new house with my parents in Myrtle Beach, SC and I'm trying to get my dads garage organized while he's not here(still in Northern VA till he retires next month) since he likes to be a pack rat and just put stuff anywhere. My mom bought him some of those nice Craftsman garage organizing cabinets, wall cabinet, work bench and a tool cart so I have been organizing that stuff for him. Its looking better but he still has a lot of **** to go through that I don't think is worth saving but he does. Its an absolutely HUGE garage but its worthless till we get stuff put away. I wanted to have the garage floor coated but my dad is cheap and didn't want to. I'll post pics as soon as I get it more organized. Worthless post but I'm bored!!

Umm, welcome. Garage floor coatings are a waste of your time. Put the money into some good tools. as for all his ****... well, get a bunch of boxes and stuff it all into the corner like everybody else does. We are all pretty good at giving opinions and stuff here, get pictures up now, and maybe we can save you a headache or two.

Welcome. And may I say damn nice of you to try and organize your dad's garage! I wish my kid would do that for me. But then again, she's only 3.
