Odd shape looking obstruction socket thing. It has a rotating handle like a speed handle , the socket size is 1/2” No manufacturer , just the words ‘Pat. Applied for made in USA

I saw one of those not long ago. The brand has left me but I wonder if it was Palmeter. Don’t put me on record for that.

I think an L hex handle goes in the socket end to complete the speeder.

I didn't think of that, that makes sense. Half of a speeder. an L shape hex, and then Hex drive sockets , which were somewhat common back in the day. Interesting.
