I just bought a new vise for one of my mills. Just take a wild guess where it came from. :lol_hitti

I'm guessing straight from your local preschool?

What vise did you get? I wish you would have posted you needed one, I've got an extra 6" swivel kicking around here.

'active mouth?'
'guide screw?'
'vertical downward pressure?'
'parts need to be lubricated frequently?'

Kevin, I think we're reading the third follow-up to Fifty Shades of Grey. :pimpflash

Rivals some of the old (1987ish) manuals that came with some of the first PC computer upgrades.
Regardless, I need a better vice and manual notwithstanding, that's a lot more solid than what I have.

Ok we all know it was made north east of the Yangtze River. However I'm wondering just what one Kevin bought, and did he think it was worth the money. I am asking because I need a new vise for my mill and can't swing $600 for a Kurt. I keep swing the cheap Enco version and wonder if I'll hate it after I get it bolted down and dialed in. Keith
