I just bought a KRA 2423, in extreme green for 3k. I think this is a good deal. Its used, and has 2 knicks which are hard to see. I think this is a good price, and am trying not to get buyers remorse. I also typed it into google, and it comes with links that call it a classic 72. 2 questions. Is this a good price, and why is there two names for the box?

TIA

Jon

I just used the chat function on the Snap-on website to explain I had a broken lock'n'roll. They shipped me one, I had it in a couple of days, no charge.

Thank you, I keep seeing Perrine herring Krls for 3500 but I can't find them for under 5. Let alone in green.

That's a good question. I don't think it's part of the lifetime warranty, though. I can't recall reading on here of anyone who has tried.

As to whether or not you got a good price, that seems to depend on the area. Snap-on boxes seem to go for way more than in some other places.

Kind of late to be asking if this is a good price, isn't it? :headscrat

If you're happy with the deal, no need for buyer's remorse. :)

I always seem to have buyers remorse when I buy things that I want and dont necessarily need.

Do you guys have 2 dentents when pulling out the smaller drawers? I thought it was because the drawers were empty, but now that they are full they still have a little dentent it feels like. Also how hard is it to rearrange the the side drawers? I would like them to be all shallow, and then go deeper the farther down i go vs deep shallow shallow shallow deep deep shallow. etc. Thanks

Awesome color choice, but Snap-on is not going to give you touch paint, sell you a small bottle, yes. Accidental damage is not a warranted item, the Lock and roll is warranted.

If you look at the slide, there are 2 small pieces of rubber on each. The rear one functions as a stop as you push the drawer in, and a friction lock to keep the drawer shut. The other pulls the center section out with the drawer mounted piece, presumably to provide more support. If you put a little grease on this piece of rubber where it contacts the slide you'll get smoother action at the half way point. That and keep using the drawers - a little wear will accomplish the same thing!
