Hey guys, just finished my garage. I will get some more pics when I get the other side cleared out! Thanks for the tips on here. I would like to add some storage area and a MaxJax lift eventually but we will see!

Well done! What brand of epoxy did you use?

Nice Fox Body as well! Black on black with the chrome ponies is one of my favorite combos...

Thanks everyone!

Great place but you realize you are never really "finished" right?

Haha yep I realize it will never be done haha

Thanks man! I used the rusotleum kit with a nicer clear epoxy top coat to seal it in.

Paint the breaker box just like the walls. It would look so much cleaner.

Yeah I have been thinking about doing that, might have to do that later on.

How well does this rust oleum product hold up? Is this the same stuff you find at HD/Lowes?

We are building a new house and it will have a shop in the basement. I don't weld, just the occ automotive maint **** in the garage. I eventually want to do race deck, but like the idea of a cheap DIY product I can use for a few years to keep the garage looking nice.

How much money/pain in the neck was the floor? Might point this thread out to the guy threatening to oil his driveway.

Floor cost me about $200 and I have about $150 in the wall paint. The biggest pain in the floor is the prep, etching the concrete. After that it isnt bad at all.

Nice color scheme. I'm more than a little jealous of you guys with your nice garages. I haven't had a workspace since my divorce 3 years ago. It's killing me!

sick fox body! I'm really digging the 17" pony's

Thanks man! Yeah I love them, hard to beat them on a fox IMO

Nice! I recognize the car from SEFB too!

Yeah man I love your teal coupe! One of my favorites!

Nice progress. I'm digging how you managed to make the water heater blend in so easily.

Thanks man, yeah its an eye sore but better in the garage to leak if it does rather than the house haha

Thanks again guys!

I have some updated pics. I got some cool cabinets from my inlaws for free and painted them. They are metal American Kitchens cabinets from the 1950's and turned out great after a coat of paint. The garage is done for the most part for now, just need to put up a TV which will be my next project!

I am over in Mount Holly.

My epoxy seems to be doing well, I think the extra coat of clear epoxy is really helping to seal it.

I usually got to Autofair both times, I actually won our groups best of Show in the fall. I will be doing some work on mine this year so I probably wont make the spring one.

I just saw your garage, very nice I love the Gladiator stuff as well. Where are you located at?

I was in Steel Creek in Southwest Charlotte - now we are building over in Denver not too far from the Walmart of 16 and 73.

With the Corvette in storage, having to work next weekend - I might stop by Auto Fair - but just not sure as of yet.
