Thanks for posting RJ.....it reminds me to bring my boots.....cuz the BS is getting pretty deep....

Flying there on Monday....I'll yell at ya the next day or so....hopefully I can give you a hand on a couple of your projects.

I did actually once own this barn. It was on a foreclosure property I bought. I cut the studs with a sawsall to weaken them, then collapsed the building by pulling it down with a vehicle. No climbing to demolish that way. Can you believe that a nice 5 bedroom, 4 bath house had a piece of sheet like this in the back yard? Farmer lost the house to Farm Service Agency by gambling his money away. I bought the house for 45% of it's value, then sold it at a deal to my son as his first home. I also get to keep my storage semi trailer, tractor, and forklift there in the deal.

John, you are going to be staying only a couple miles from my workplace this time.
