Just got my first snap on product

I got a set of picks. and that same day I bent one and did warranty on it. Bent it on a removal of a spark plug seat on the valve cover

My question is Snap-on prices of the tools based on the franchise owner or corporate?

From my experience so sets the prices high enough so that the owner can work on some things.

my question was more of a sub question I was just amazed with the fastness of my warranty happened

I've had the same sets of SO picks for years w/ no issues. With that said though, SO tools do fail sometimes.
