Just got my new place!

So I've been after a new place for awhile now, my single car cobbled together garage had been outgrown long ago..

Bought it off a local- about 28'x 48' in size , bathroom with shower, utility room for compressor and such, and a room with the furnace and water heater..needs some work in places but I'm thinking it will be great!
Compressor came with building don't know if its any good, needs a motor...

Would upload more pics, but my phone is to damn slow..

Congratulations, I love the space, Just the right living space to garage space. I would like to live in a space like that, Tiny house on the one side and hobby garage on the other. Looks like an olg service station.

Someone has just recently made the updates in place now. I'd be curious to actually see what it looked like as a service station..
