hi just joined. live in new york state and just had a pole barn garage built. its 30 by 40. not insulated, not heated and floor not poured yet. doing a little at a time as i can afford it . will be doing the insulating myself and maybe the floor radiant heat. will have a pro pour the floor. garage is to work on and store my cars. have been waiting a long time for this and i am on cloud nine. my cars are 87 t-type regal, 93 gmc typhoon, 95 z28 camaro,98 regal gs and 06 mazda speed6. will be also putting a lift in , getting too old to crawl around under these cars. garage journal is in my top 5 favorite sites and i will be spending alot of time on here.
