for the price, IMHO Wera is about the best bang for the buck. i don't have theose exact same ones (mine are the chiseldrivers) but lots of members on here swear by them. In fact, i think they were a very popular Secret Santa gift this year on Garage Journal.

you wont regret buying the weras, ive been using the chisel drivers for about five years now and theyve been through hell, very good quality although my favourite drivers at the moment are my wright 91 series drivers with the big bulky see through red handles i find that i can get huge turning power with the large deeply grooved handles, the problem i find with the kraftform handles is the smooth handle shape isnt great with greasy hands IMHO.

I've got a set of the Lasertips and they're great. I thought the laser etching on the tips was just a gimmick, but they really seem to dig in and grip well. I also love the feel of the handles, easy to grip and torque on for a stuck/rusted screw. Planning on buying a set of chiseldrivers next.

I was in a 4x4 conversion shop recently talking to a mechanic I know a little. I picked up a screwdriver from his box and noticed it was PB Sviss driver. Hey, nice driver I said...

He replied, sure! Some guy came here few years ago and was selling this out of his car for good price. I like em... (guy runs away and comes back with VERY dirty Wera lazertip and handed me) .. but these green ones are the best I have tried. Do you know where I can get them!?

Another mechanic was standing by and nodded his head, yup, this driver bites like nothing else I have ever tried. Neither of them new knew these brands so they were just describing their experience. So I guess Wera must be doing something right.

I got Wera chisel drivers, ********* hard handles, 12 and 14mm flat tips. Used them yesterday to pry bearing out of its seat using a ring groove. They saved the day and paid for themselves in full. Impressive tips. Lazertips are on my shopping list already.

I've got the laser tips and the chisel drivers. I like them both but find myself using the chisel drivers more. I've been paying a bunch of attention to the laser tips after hearing stories here but haven't had issues yet.

got a couple sets most are insulated (im an electrician). love the handles! have a set of laser tips. like psyko i thought they were just a gimick but you can actually stick the driver in the proper size and type screw, flip it upside down, and hold just the screw and it will be suspended in the screw. good for places where dropping the screw isnt an option.

i have heard that the lasertip drivers have a little bit softer tips then the non laser tip drivers do. my one lasertip does have a small notch in it from slipping. but i have also heard that wera has great customer service and they like to keep their customers. i will never buy another brand as long as they stay the quality that they are. take a look at the kraftform kompact too, nice little 7-1 driver. beats the pants of klein or any other brand for that matter.

I have that set. The bits are a bit soft but the screwdrivers are awesome otherwise.

Those are decent drivers. They get screws out that others have stripped.

The recent chiseldrivers, on the other hand, are junk.
