Just picked up a Snap On #9720 5/8 Hex Ratchet

Hi Everyone: I haven’t found out much about this yet. I’m not sure whether it’s a 5/8 hex ratchet or a 5/8 hex ratcheting wrench… any ideas??

The one side says Snap On. MADE IN U.S.A. The other side says 9720 5/8. I’m thinking it’s pretty old but haven’t been able to find any information on the internet yet. Harry
