It is about three months old and in great shape. It was priced to sell so I couldn't pass it up. It seems it is a special edition of some type and the color is custom so maybe someone can give me more information on it. KRL1022APMU is the model number. It is gloss black and the top is also not available online as it is not the wood or SS top, more like a heavy polymer.

Actually, if it's a plastic top, then it's probably one of their new phenolic ones. Never used one. I like stainless steel myself, but it sounds like a good second option.

Well a $436 top, that's pretty nice. Actually the one for my box was $636. The one given in this thread is for a 7011, I have a 7022. I had my Snap-On guy do a search on his computer for the part number and it was listed at I think $7531 or $7351, I can't remember. It is a special color, gloss black, and he thinks it may be something that is only available to some of the race teams that they sponsor, although that was merely speculation. It set me back $3k and I found it on craigslist. Local seller too.

Is it real deep black or a deep charcoal? The pics don't do it justice. That is one sweet box either way!!!

It is a deep gloss black, I will try to get a better picture this weekend. It really looks like the finish on a car. Thanks for the compliments.

I like how the drawer handles are black like the rest of the box. That is some sweet tool storage right there!
