Pics or it didn't happen. I hear the tall tales that they're still out there, but I haven't seen one since the late 90s. I keep looking at the catalog and thinking "boy, if only these tools were real."

Had a conversation with a Customer Service rep on Monday. I needed a spring, detent ball and c-clip for an SR-50 1/2" drive ratchet.
******* the other end of the line was pleasant, took my name and address and said she would talk/email someone in tech support to see if they could provide those parts. It kinda left me wondering if I was going to get the parts or not but today UPS delivered a complete rebuild kit for an SR-50 including the pieces I needed.Just finished putting the ratchet together and it's a good ,stout ratchet again.

There is at least two that I know of in the Charlotte NC area. One of the drivers lives close by to me. Easy to do business with.

Depending on how their contract agreements are written with their franchisees, I wonder if they will ever cave in and open up their website to direct sales.

I wish I still had one. I like all the Cornwell stuff I bought. The ratchets are my favorite. I wish i would have bought a few more when i had the chance.

That's okay, yesterday I saw an APEX tool truck.
I did not have time to get a pic. Looked like a Snap-On or Matco style truck, just labeled Apex.
I saw a Cornwell truck once, I don't remember which state I was in when I saw it.

Funny you should mention it...I saw my first Cornwell truck a few weeks ago. It looked like garbage - dirty, scratches...

Snap On trucks always seem better kept up.

I see one every Friday morning around 10:00, its a very nice woman and her brother that run it. We get all the big name trucks except Mac, I've seen him around town but hes never stopped in. I have to say I am not a huge fan of Cornwell tools but they seem like they have some of the best customer service. I had the Jr72l nd a Jrf72 3/8 ratchets and was not super impressed by them.

Haven't seen a cornwell truck at my dealership in atleast 3 years.. probably for the better, he was not making many friends with inflated pricing and smashing new car inventory with his truck.. lol
