I'd put an outlet over near the sink. One behind that shelf for stuff that plugs in. Outlet in ceiling for garage doors. Outlet for pull down cords. Outlet for TV up high somewhere. Speaker wires? Outlet for stereo? Maybe something outside by the man doors? You gonna do an exhaust fan? Any lights in the attic space? Power for that heater? Gonna put in a window air unit? Welder outlet? I don't see outdoor lights and security lights. Outlet near roof for xmas lights? Don't know what kinda lights your thinking of using, but might not be enough. Ethernet? Coax? Security wiring? Garage door sensor wires? Undercabinet lighting? Putting in a lift?

Outlet near Sink- Will do!
Behind Shelf- Already have enough
Outlet garage door- Already there
Pull down cords- Will use same as garage door
Already have outlets outside
Exhaust fan- Will consider
Speakers are there already
Don't have an attic really as there is a room above the garage
Power for heater will be there
No windows
No need for a welder
Xmas lights- Outlet outside already
Lighting- I already have 4x4 t8's lamps but will be adding another 3 boxes for lighting(1 above each work bench & 1 above sink)
No need for tv, Internet is wireless, no need for security as i live in a calm neighborhood.
LIFT! Im ordering this one in two weeks ( any input regarding the lift?). Apparently it runs fine on 110. I also added a 220v/240v outlet in case i ever get a bigger compressor.

Thanks for your input!

I see you said no windows. I framed out and put a window unit in the wall. $150 clearance during the winter months. If not doing that, maybe boxes for ceiling fans with a switch for the light and separate switch for the fan. You could also do the remote control fan.

20x21 is going to be tight for what you show. If you haven't already I would take the time to make a scale drawing.

I would move the door on the left from the front towards the rear or put the door next to where the sink is. Since you'll want to keep the space in front of the work bench or sink clear, this placement reduces the amount of space in the garage that you must keep clear for moving around to things like doors, workbenches or sinks. Either relocation of the door also makes it less likely for the exterior door to be opened into a vehicle.

I would also think you would need lighting to the sides of each bay to ensure that the sides of vehicles are well lit. Your current lighting placement will leave the sides of vehicles in shadows.

The dimensions also make me think the refrigerator is going to be an obstacle. I think you need to consider giving up some workbench, tool, or cabinet space so you can get the fridge on the back wall.

Looks pretty well thought out.

Curious if heater in center is roof mount electric?

Also, I'd put in plenty of electrical outlets as left side and back right corner look a little skimpy.

Will air compressor off by itself between doors be connected to air line system to distribute that air to other locations in garage? I'd want some air drops over by work benchs on back wall.

Let us know how it turns out. Good luck!

Forgot to mention something really important! I already moved here it's just that I currently have 1 outlet in the whole garage and the 4x4 t8's.

Will comment on the other posts tomorrow as i have to go to bed now.
