first rule is that most of us shop guys are visual, we like to see pictures.
second rule, is don't tell us what you have unless you are going to post pictures of it to drool over.
third rule, when you have a great idea for a shortcut to make things easier and better. tell us and show pictures
fourth rule, if you make something interesting or usefull. tell us about it and show pictures so we can steal your idea if we like it.
fifth rule. if you find a deal at a store, or ebay, or on a website. you know something clearance or big markdown.
tell us what it is, where it is, how much of a savings, the model number and an internet link....oh yea, take a picture and post it.
that way we can run out and score one for ourselves.
sixth rule....when you meet up with another GJ member. the newest member buys the first round
seventh rule....if you are driving along a road and you see someone on the side of the road, broken down, holding a sign that says "garage journal member needing help" you must stop and help them as we do not leave each other stranded. in this case the member that gets rescued buys the first round regardless of how long they have been a member
